While our telephones and email inboxes are open to you at all times, we have tried to streamline the process of renting a limo in the Fort Myers area for you as much as we can with our website. To have you as informed as possible when you call us for your needs, here are the answers to some of the questions that many who are new to renting limousines get hung up on quite often.
How much does it cost?
This is of, course the, first question people ask. However, we need information from you before we can answer this - When you call or email us, we need to know the date you'll need service, the size vehicle you'll need, the location of pick up and drop off, and the times you'd like service. With this information we can find you a great vehicle at a great price!
Is there a minimum amount of time that I must rent a limousine for?
While we do have the minimum blocks of time that many companies have, there are many exceptions to that rule ... we have certain day rates and packages for events like weddings, for sporting events, etc. Call us with your specific needs and we will try and work something out that suits you the best.
Do I have to make a deposit in order to reserve?
Yes, we do require a deposit be made - paid by debit or credit, over the phone - when you wish to secure a vehicle with us on your important date.
When does "my time" start being counted?
When calling, we have people ask us this all the time. It's understandable. We know that some companies out there (in all areas of business) find ways to charge more than they should for their goods and services. When you book with us and pick a pick-up time, that is when your block of time starts up; not when the bus leaves the garage to head over, but when the bus actually arrives at your location!
Is drinking allowed in your vehicles?
Absolutely! As long as you're of legal age, anyway. If you are 21 or over, you can bring whatever adult beverages you'd like to drink during your rental time!
Do you provide alcohol?
No, we cannot provide any alcohol for you. If you plan to drink on the vehicles you must bring your own beverages on board and you must be of legal age.
Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?
In order to keep our luxury rides ... well, luxurious, we don't allow smoking inside the vehicles. However, with your quote comes unlimited stops and mileage so, you can stop to smoke as often as you'd like!
Can we eat in the vehicles?
You can, but try to be mindful of messes, as extreme messes may result in cleaning fees.
What if I go over my time?
Overtime is based on availability. If the vehicle is available, overtime charges will apply and be due in cash at the end of the night. We can give you more details on this when you call. To avoid overtime charges, we suggest being sure of how long you'll need the vehicle before renting.
What events do you service?
We service any and all events! Most commonly we service weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, or nights on the town - but anything you want to celebrate we can provide luxurious transportation for! There's no limit on the reasons you can rent a limo for.
What features do your vehicles have?
Our vehicles are full of amazing features and great amenities. Exotic hardwood floors and plush leather seats are just the beginning - you'll also find colorful lighting effects, coolers, booming audio systems TVs, DVD players and more.
