How much does it cost?
This is of, course the, first question people ask. However, we need information from you before we can answer this - When you call or email us, we need to know the date you'll need service, the size vehicle you'll need, the location of pick up and drop off, and the times you'd like service. With this information we can find you a great vehicle at a great price!
Is there a minimum amount of time that I must rent for?
While we do have the minimum blocks of time that many companies have, there are many exceptions to that rule ... we have certain day rates and packages for events like weddings, for sporting events, etc. Call us with your specific needs and we will try and work something out that suits you the best.
Do I have to make a deposit to reserve?
Yes, we do require a deposit be made - paid by debit or credit, over the phone - when you wish to secure a vehicle with us on your important date.
When does my time start being counted?
When calling, we have people ask us this all the time. It's understandable. We know that some companies out there (in all areas of business) find ways to charge more than they should for their goods and services. When you book with us and pick a pick-up time, that is when your block of time starts up; not when the bus leaves the garage to head over, but when the bus actually arrives at your location!
Is drinking allowed in your vehicles?
Absolutely! As long as you're of legal age, anyway. If you are 21 or over, you can bring whatever adult beverages you'd like to drink during your rental time!
